⚡ Quick guide

Place your first OmniReach call

OmniReach places outbound calls handled by an AI voice agent. You choose who to call and what the call is about; the agent dials, holds a natural conversation, captures what was agreed and writes the outcome back. Three steps take you from a new account to a phone ringing.

1

Create your account

  1. Open omnireach.smartcogs.ai. The first screen asks you to create an account.
  2. Enter your Full name, your Company and your Work email, then click Create my account.
  3. A six-digit code arrives in that inbox within a few seconds. Enter it and click Sign in. There is no password to set.
⚠️
Use your company email addressAccess is granted by company domain, so a personal address (Gmail, Outlook.com and similar) will not be approved.
💡
Seeing “Request sent for review”?Your company domain simply needs a one-time approval. Just let us know and we will approve it right away.

Build your voice agent in the Agent Builder tab

  1. Open Agent Builder from the left menu.
  2. Under 1 · Industry & Region, choose the Industry and the Country / Region. The currency, timezone, compliance framework and the use cases for that industry fill in automatically. Tick the use cases you want the agent to handle.
  3. Under 2 · Voice, Language & Brain, choose the language the agent speaks, then its gender, accent and voice. You can also choose the platform it runs on, including IBM watsonx Orchestrate, Microsoft Copilot / Azure AI, AWS Bedrock and Google Cloud Vertex AI. If you are unsure, leave the defaults.
  4. Under 3 · Brand & Labels, the company name, agent name, support number, website and product facts are filled in from the industry and region. Replace them with your own brand or your customer’s.
  5. Click ✨ Generate Agent. Every call from now on is placed by this agent. To reuse a setup later, save it under Saved setups at the top of the tab.

Place a call from the Single Call screen

  1. Open Single Call, the first screen you land on after signing in.
  2. Choose a use case.
  3. Enter the customer name and the phone number in international format, with a plus sign and the country code, for example +919820011001.
  4. Complete the fields for that use case. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. If you do not know a value, leave it blank rather than typing a placeholder, because the agent speaks whatever is entered.
  5. Click 📞 Launch Call Now. The phone rings within seconds, and the transcript, recording and captured outcome appear in Call History shortly after the call ends.
🧪
Real call or dry runKeep the Simulation switch at the top right turned off to receive a real call. Turn it on to run a no-cost dry run that produces the same transcript and outcome without a phone ringing.
